I take Chlorella personally every day.  It's the best supplement I have ever taken.

I live in Taipei, Taiwan and it's winter here.  Since taking Chlorella over the last couple of months, I haven't even had so much as a sniffle.  I am interested to see if it really is the immune system booster it's purported to be :)

I was surprised to find out that Taiwan Chlorella has actually received health department approval to promote it as supporting the immune system.  You might think that the Taiwan Health Department is much more lenient than the FDA in the US.  This is incorrect. They are much more strict, especially when it comes to health supplements.

There has been a huge amount of top notch research done on Chlorella in Japan and Taiwan so it is hardly surprising that they look on it favorably here.
